Arlatan-Lauris apartment  is an officially registered rental with number: 13001 005018 WM

Rates are indicated below and depend on the season : they include housing on your departure but do not include Taxe de Séjour (1,5€ per day, a tourist tax paid to the town).

Booking policy:

• In order to book, a bank transfer of 2,000€ will be needed for reservation and the remaining payment needs to occur before the first day of the rental. 
• Out of the 2,000€, 1,000€ will be a guarantee deposit and 1,000€ will be a prepayment. The 1,000€ guarantee will only be refunded at the end of the rental

Cancellation policy:

• In case of cancellation 14 days before the rental date, a total refund by bank transfer will be made ;
• For cancellations within 14 days, a 1,000€ prepayment will be kept and the rest will be refunded.
• In case of no-show, the apartment is already rented and therefore, it will remain empty until you finally arrive or you are forced to cancel: a fee of  2,000 € will be charged for cancellation after the starting date.

On your arrival, a special gift will wait you in the apartment: every month has its own local gift !
